Welcome to MaesTrivia! These terms describe the deal between you and us when you use the site. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide a real email address and a username that doesn't impersonate someone else, contain hate speech, or otherwise violate these terms. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use MaesTrivia to harass other players, post hateful or illegal content, send spam, automate gameplay, scrape the question bank, or otherwise interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Content you submit

You can submit trivia questions, tag suggestions, feedback, and contact messages. By submitting content, you grant MaesTrivia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content within the game and related materials. You confirm you have the right to grant that license — i.e. you're not pasting in copyrighted text someone else owns.We may edit, reject, or remove submitted content at our discretion.

The service is provided as-is

MaesTrivia is a small project provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be available, error-free, or that questions will always be correct. Trivia answers reflect commonly accepted facts at the time the question was written and may occasionally be wrong; please use the feedback button if you spot one.To the maximum extent allowed by law, MaesTrivia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using MaesTrivia and request deletion of your account at any time via the Contact page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reasonable cause.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
